Responsibilities:

  • Contact users by telephone to check-in on their property value based on prior valuation
  • Explain valuation report briefly to users over the phone
  • Assess conversation and proceed with appropriate fact-finding for future follow-up
  • Document conversation details including feedback and reactions
  • Schedule free valuation consultations for interested users
  • Keeping track of users that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future

Job Information:

  • Contract role (6 months, renewable)
  • Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
  • Work from home

Qualifications

  • Must possess some knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies, including objection handling skills
  • Prior relevant experience in telemarketing is advantageous
  • Ability to be creative in their daily conversations and engage with users
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Eg. Microsoft Office)
  • Sense of empathy and ability to relate to users
  • Able to communicate in professional and efficient manner in English
  • Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual
