We are looking for an experienced Telesales Supervisor to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology.

What you will do: 

  • Manage a team of telesales
  • Responsible for team performance and growth
  • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues that occur within the team on a daily basis
  • Provide performance reports to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Set targets as necessary to meet the company’s quarterly goals
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Create and enhance the telesales SOPs
  • Listen to calls every day to ensure that the calls meet Design SOPs and perform secret shopper reports

What you are/have/will be:

  • At least 3 years of telesales or customer service experience
  • At least 1 years of telesales supervisor experience
  • Able to show a clear track record of team growth under your supervision
  • Able to indicate the initiatives and efforts created by you that led to the team’s success
  • Detail-oriented
