Guests must notify us at least 7 days in advance before check-out, as the refund process can take up to 7 days. Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer, depending on your original payment method. Electricity Deposit (used for 1-month consumption): - IDR 3,000,000 --- *EXTENSION POLICY* To extend your stay, guests are required to pay the room rent + electricity deposit for the new month(s). You will keep the same monthly rate as your initial payment for the same duration. Example: - If you pay for 1 month, the same rate applies for 1-month extensions. - If you pay for 2 months upfront, the same rate applies for 2-month extensions. - Valid in multiples, up to a maximum of 1 year stay.
