Stella Thio is a well-known figure amongst the top producers at PropNex Realty Pte Ltd. She was a former Senior Dealing Director at the largest securities firm in Singapore. Stella has been appointed as Project Chief for more than 10 luxury projects, including the uber lux Skywaters Residences, ultra lux projects such as Boulevard 88, Klimt Cairnhill, Eden Residences Capitol, South Beach Residences, Nouvel 18 and New Futura. Other popular lux projects such The Avenir, Irwell Hill Residences, Martin Modern and Meyer Mansion were also helmed by her as Project Chief.
