Since joining the industry in 2012, Roy had been exposed and has gained numerous experience in various segments of the real estate market. This is largely attributed to his wide network of clientele that he has garnered over the years. Within this short span of a few years, he has brokered JTC & HDB Factory Buildings, Commercial properties, Industrial properties, Landed homes, Condominiums, HDB and even overseas properties both for sales & lease. Roy had received numerous top sales achievers awards and is known by many as an “All-Rounded” representative whom could assist in every aspect of any individual’s real estate portfolio.
