Alan comes from humble beginnings Through hard work and determination, he has progressed from living in an HDB flat to a condominium, and now to a landed property—all within less than 10 years. He has truly experienced how real estate can help achieve one’s dreams and aspirations. Now, he is passionate about helping others with asset progression and legacy planning. An engineer by training, Alan approaches problem-solving systematically and strives to make every property transaction seamless. His previous role as a training director has enhanced his interpersonal skills, enabling him to maximize the value of his clients’ homes.
