    Located minutes from Novena and Newton MRT, Novena Square, and United Square Mall. Amenities include BBQ area, clubhouse, gym, security, and pools. It has a mixture of Baroque and Classical styles, low rise of 5 levels. There is a colonial bungalow which was turned into the clubhouse, where most of the condo’s facilities are housed such as function room, dining room, gym, kids’s club and outdoor pool deck. The best part is the functional balcony, you can use to dine, evening drinks, grow plants, dry clothes…
