About Me
Michele Cabasug is American originally from Honolulu Hawaii, but has lived in Singapore for over 15 years and has been working as a property agent since 2005. Primarily dealing with the Western expatriate community, Michele’s clients come from a range of different industries from banking and shipping to entertainment. Michele has always had a passion for historical architecture and as a result is now one of the most well respected agents in handling Black and White properties, as well as Conservation Peranakan homes. In addition to this, Michele specializes in leases and sales of top class bungalows and condominiums in Sentosa as well as Orchard, Tanglin Road, Holland Road and River Valley. As a mother of three she understands the needs of families – in terms of space, privacy and a child-friendly environment. She can also provide relocation services and source all the contractors and maintenance personnel you may need when settling into your new home.
