Kevin Lim

Kevin Lim is a beacon of success in ERA, having risen swiftly through the ranks and attaining numerous top sales & leadership awards since joining the company almost 20 years ago. He began his journey in 2003 as a rookie sales associate, and became a division director within a mere 6 years. Barely in his forties now, he has since joined the APAC Realty Key Management Team in the C-suites as Chief Agency Officer in 2022, and works closely alongside CEO Marcus Chu & Deputy CEO Doris Ong. A proud father of twin girls, Kevin is also the founder of the largest real estate group in Singapore – Preeminent Group – with more than 3,000 agents onboard. A true inspiration, Kevin has guided thousands of agents to attain success and financial freedom over the years, and Preeminent Group has produced some of the highest-earning realtors within the industry. And he walks his talk, too – not only is he adept at team-building, he’s also well-versed with on-ground sales, project marketing and the latest industry trends.
