    Refreshing change of condo management in 2024. The previous management was stuck in the past. The current management is open and welcoming with resident friendly initiatives. The new MRT station is right beside the condo, this is making a big positive difference for convenient connections to the financial and shopping district. The overall estate design is spacious with 360° unblocked view all round and a clear view to the sea. East Coast Park is a short walk away via a park connector running alongside the condo. Many family friendly amenities with a large close knit expat community.
