5 years agoOverall opinion is quite good as the residence is clean, new and located in a very nice area. However, the following points should deserve more attention: 1. Main gate constantly closing and opening (sometimes without any reason), with a horrible high-pitched noise. A real nightmare when your flat is is on this side of the road. This should be maintained and lubricated every month. 2. Dogs barking, sometimes up to crazy hours. It seems that some dog owners are too lazy to give them a good education in order to not annoying residents. 3. Smokers should not not be allowed to smoke on balconies, as it's a real nuisance when stinky cigarette smoke comes to your flat... 4. Swimming pool is next to the car park, so smells petrol when a car comes while you're swimming. Not the ideal. So far, no measure have been taken on the above.
