2 years agoWell managed condo. Top class facilities and finishing. Great common area. The aircon lift lobbies hv great rest areas if you’ve taken public transport and walked uphill to get here. Central location means great MRT and bus links. The picture of the row of white condos is Cairnhill Crest as seen from The Laurels.

2 years agoFinally, my wife and I found an apartment in Singapore where we feel at home! Great location in the very center next to Orchard and the views from the windows are very similar to those of New York. Surprisingly, the streets nearby are not at all annoying with their presence - the traffic is calm, and the sound insulation in the apartments is excellent! Very successful, cozy apartment layouts, all construction and finishing materials are of high quality. I know what I’m talking about, in our previous apartment our windows were leaking due to construction miscalculations. And of course, the infrastructure of the complex is excellent. Security and concierge, underground parking, well-equipped and very large designer swimming pool, barbecue area next to the pool, tennis court. I would like to give special words to our gym. For the first time I realized that there was no point in buying a membership to a big city sports club. There is everything you need, from an air-conditioned room to Life Fitness equipment. Excellent complex for living!
