Renewing vision and strategic initiatives

OrangeTee has recently renewed its corporate vision with a commitment to increasing the accessibility and approachability of real estate for everyone in Singapore amidst the growing digital market.

This new 3P strategy aims to empower real estate agents and consumers by building a strong presence through innovative technology solutions, nurturing essential partnerships to create a comprehensive real estate ecosystem, and creating strategic opportunities to boost agent productivity.

The three pillars of the 3P strategy include Presence, Partnership, and Productivity.

Launch of innovative digital tools

During the convention, OrangeTee introduced the Research Hub and an enhanced Market Analytics Suite (MAS). The Research Hub is a repository providing access to property insights, while the MAS has been revamped to streamline real estate data. These tools aid both consumers and agents in their decision-making processes.

Furthermore, OrangeTee announced the launch of AI-enabled automation tools aimed at enhancing the consumer real estate journey. These tools are designed to elevate the experience from searching to sealing property deals.

Upskilling for future-ready agents

OrangeTee has formed partnerships with institutions, like Nanyang Polytechnic, that offer co-certification on real estate digital marketing for its agents; and iQuadrant, a real estate investment education platform to enhance the domain expertise of its agents. These collaborations are aimed at providing co-certification in real estate digital marketing and enhancing the domain expertise of OrangeTee’s agents.

This initiative is aligned with Forward Singapore’s vision for lifelong learning, ensuring that OrangeTee’s agents are equipped to serve today’s tech-savvy consumers and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the real estate industry.

Empowering users with data

The Research Hub recently launched with a user-friendly interface that features interactive infographics, image-led dashboards, and clear thematic categorisation. The platform is designed to provide consumers with easy access to a wide range of real estate data.

The MAS offers more than 100 dashboards with customisable filtering options, making it easier for users to find relevant information. The platform aims to democratise access to data that was once only available to industry professionals.

Driving service excellence through AI

The integration of AI with data board automation by OrangeTee is aimed at optimising processes and streamlining workflows for an improved consumer experience.

Through this technology, agents can concentrate more on delivering personalised services and building strong relationships with clients. These advancements play an important role in transforming agents into trusted advisers who can provide high-value, tailored advice to property seekers.

Strategic focus on demographic shifts

The CEO of OrangeTee, Justin Quek, emphasised the agency’s strategic plan to adapt to demographic changes within the market.

With younger buyers exerting more influence on market trends and an ageing population presenting new challenges, OrangeTee aims to adjust its strategies to effectively engage with diverse groups. The goal is to enable all demographics to navigate the complexities of real estate with ease.
