Clemence Lee is Singapore's leading commercial real estate investment specialist and a recognized subject matter expert on conservation shophouses. As Executive Director of Capital Markets at CBRE, he advises property funds, family offices, developers, and HNW individuals on the acquisition and divestment of commercial investment properties — including Grade A office buildings, retail malls, hotels, shophouses, strata commercial and serviced apartments. He has advised on over SGD 7 billion in transactions.
Over his career, he have advised and been involved in transactions exceeding SGD 7 billion, including One George Street (SGD 1.28B), Westgate Tower (SGD 680M), Twenty Anson (SGD 600M), Jem Office Tower (SGD 462M), Vision Crest (SGD 440M), Wilkie Edge (SGD 350M), Hotel G (SGD 240M), 12 on Shan (SGD 100M) and Quayside Isle (SGD 100M).
He have been involved in several high profile shophouse transactions such as The Porcelain Hotel (12 shophouses), The Rail Mall (43 shophouses), CBD Shophouse Portfolio (14 shophouses), Project Gamma (portfolio of 18 supermarkets), The Shophouse Collection (portfolio of 10 CBD shophouses), SingPost Portfolio (portfolio of 10 HDB shophouses) and 7-Eleven Portfolio (portfolio of 14 HDB shophouses). His commentary on this segment has been featured in The Business Times, The Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao.
Prior to joining CBRE, he served as Senior Director of Capital Markets at JLL, where he led the middle-market team.
