The location of this mall is convenient, and it offers a variety of shops, but the condition of the toilet facilities was a bit unexpected. While the cleanliness was satisfactory, the facilities themselves seemed worn out and in need of renovation. For a mall in such a prime location, it's fair to expect better-maintained and more up-to-date restrooms for a better overall shopping experience

Nice Mall. Pretty and wholesome. I forgot to check the fountain. Only a beautiful fountain, that can make a beautiful Mall

Lovely shopping building. Good shops from the big chains to the smaller and local ones. Lots of great food choices at ground level too. Nice to just stroll around, do some retail therapy or simply just past the time.

Good location and very convenient to connect via somerset MRT nearby. Easy to alight or board a taxi around the place. Explore the place for food court and other dining options with shopping. The place could be very crowded during the weekends and also towards the evening on weekdays. A good place to hang around and explore the place.

This mall is a very popular and well known place among the local and tourist coz it's located at the heart of Orchard Rd. It has 8 floors of shops including, fashion, sports apparel, electronics, food and beverage outlets and etc, foodcourt located on the 5th level and at ground floor it connects to the MRT tube and has a wide range of restaurants eateries including Japanese, Korean, Western, Chinese and fastfood etc. It interconnect with Orchard Gateways and Orchard central making it extremely convenient for the shoppers. Used to come here to get my hair cut at QB premium at the basement pretty cool place and like to grab a glass of beer at JiBiru Yakitori+Craft Beer Restaurant and chill out whenever I am around that area, as restaurant located along the alley way inside the building and leads to Mandarin Hotel( presently Hilton Hotel taken over) Nice and comfortable place to shop with good facilities around. Usually it's extremely crowded on Sunday even big foodcourt of over 1k seats can't handle this crowd,just couldn't get a seat. Lots of Bubble/Green Tea joints around catered probably mostly for the younger crowd. If you are a tourist here you can just drop by to shop or for your meal. Recommended.

Very convenient as it is located just above the Somerset mrt station. This is a crowded and trendy mall especially during weekends. I like the very large food court at Level 5 which offers a wide variety of foodstalls and a seating capacity of up to 1000 people.
