We're at the Koi shop. All one could see are busy hardworking staff fulfilling the orders spooled to them by the self service terminal which helps productivity a lot as there's no need for an order-taker and a cashier. The backend of the shop is fully visible to anyone. A notable discovery - there's a staff recruitment notice at the shop, setting out the key info that a prospective job applicant needs to know.

321 Clementi is a small shopping mall that has a variety of shops in it.
The entertainment facilities include Cinema and game arcade.
The services include Dental, Hair, Chiropractic, salon and clinic services.
Food options ranges from Chinese, Western, Japanese, etc.
They also have gym facilities provided by fitness first.
There's a art shop as well.
They have 2 level of carparks.

Quiet mall that allows you to do what you need to do here without getting disturbed. Nice cinema, comfortable seating, gym is mostly not crowded and it has a pool too. Coffee and haircuts. These are the things I get done here. A little further to walk but it is worth the walk.
