Home to education centres like Bells Institute, a TCM service provider, a gym, etc. The money changer here offers the best exchange rate in town. And most importantly, clean restrooms.

Good place for local food nearby hawker food stalls.
Fifth storey plaza. Open space for the lift area. Only been here for enrichment centers and fitness center. I don't see any parking for this building, there is public space car park near the area. And it is free on Sunday.

It's not a mall - it's a commercial building where there are different tenants. There are other businesses such as a mala restaurant, a florist, medical clinic, and a tuition centre. There's an Anytime Fitness gym, and Automobile Association (AA) Singapore has a branch there too.
