An old building near Lau Pa Sat. Mostly conference rooms/spaces for rental, Gym and Children Enrichment centers. Responsible staff helping to setup the space and coordinating meals. Aircon works well in this building!

This building could be easily missed. if walking in from the Pagar MRT, near its immediate surtounding is a preschool and a fitness gym. In front of the building on both sides of the steps is a pair of elephant statues. The steps will pass the security, then to the main entrance where lifts are located. Levels 4 & 5 are spacious good for holding training or meeting given the Covid-19 pandemic. With safe distancing can easily accommodate 50 participants.

Hengda Building is located in a perfect place in the Cecil road in the Singapore.Anybody can find it just follow the Tanjong Pagar Mrt and exit D.
