This mall has nothing much going on. There are, however, a supermarket (Cold Storage), three cafes, an ice cream parlour and a cake shop.

interesting atmosphere, pretty solid mens toilet (very clean but a bit wet) pretty small place, will make you feel poor and out of place do drop by if youre in the area you will regret it

The arcade has a Cold Storage, an ice cream parlor, a cafe and a bakery apart from a fitness center and a school. All the shops are good. Even if you don't reside in Sunset Way, you can drop by during your walk, jog or cycling expedition to have a coffee or a bite.

There is a bakery, ice cream parlour, Cold Storage, childhood education and some other niche shops. Cosy area.
