Have to award five stars since we can still find cheapest and great quality coffee and tea right in the middle of financial centre. The building is one of the oldest but the people are friendly.

Merry Christmas
At level one and two, there are some clinics, Guardians, some stationary shops, food outlets, 7/11, McDonald's, ordinary place to visit.
Car parking here is a bit narrow and a bit challenging

Its an old building but generally well maintained. The car park is well lighted. However, the car park slopes and corners are very very narrow. Parking here is fine for experienced drivers. Just have to drive slowly and carefully. Parking here is NOT for newbie drivers.

Next to Raffles mrt Station, a food court at the basement. There's aguardian and 7eleven on level 1. Level 2 have clinic, hair salon, opticians, fashion and stationery shop. Office lobby on level 2 right at the end.
