I like the CU coffee United food court. Conveniently located. Has Sheng siong supermarket too.

A good shopping mall in neighbourhood. However there tends to be an inconsiderate driver who chases closely and tailgate + high beam. Just becareful if you see this vehicle near Elias area.

My favourite place for a quick breakfast & lunch when in the area. Nearby are supermarket, home hardware & few restaurants available. Crowded mostly on weekends morning & evening. Price of food & items are affordable. Place generally clean. Drop off for disabled available. Community center located next building.
