at the corner.. I forget the name but it's yummy and very affordable.

No doubt is a small commericial space around here, but there are widely spread of F&B here, eg, Japanese Cuisine, Western, Bar, Sushi and etc. Need not to worry for parking space here. I have posted all the F&B related frontage pictures recently, can refer to those pictures and check their facebook for details ..... very nice place to enjoy dinner here .....

Lots of construction going on at the moment (Nov 2021). WARNING: The carpark here has no grace period and be warned that there is no way to circle back when you head for the exit. Turning left towards the exit will have limited lots after that and exiting means $1.60 so option only is wait for a slot to open up among the 15+ lots in that section.

Hard to get a parking lot here unless parked at United Square instead. Nice restaurants and cafes around.

Old mall with mainly offices but some good restaurants and tuition centers. Pro tip: when parking go into the multistory carpark cos if there are no open air lots you will have to exist and pay the parking charges as no grace period

Pretty old school building and mall next to United Square and Novena MRT station. Haven't ventured upstairs and inside the building myself, although it does feel very old and dated. The restaurants that are around here are all superb though. Whether it's cafes, coffee shops, or restaurants, they've mostly been around for a long time, and are good. It's convenient, and there are good parking facilities around the area.
