Fantastic location with plenty of food options during lunch time. Great for office. Rented the office here for 5 years. Sad that it is going to be enbloc soon. Rental rates were reasonable too, taking into consideration the location.

probably built in the 1970's, GSM Building was designed with a modernist brutalist style which must have been the trendiest style back in the day. The building houses shops and offices.

Our new institute has shifted to this place and I was excited to visit it . Our institute for marine Engineers is located in the building . The building is well ventilated and our place is very spacious . The members are happy with the shift , even though it does give an opinion of cramped space , I am told it is value for money .
