Can't say much about it as it is an office block and we were there for a specific purpose. It contains only offices. Warning: The building is tricky to find because of the change in traffic flow and widening of the original roads due to interesting traffic over the years. Although the address is Clemenceau Ave, it is actually on Penang Lane. However because of the reversal of flow in Penang Lane as it crosses Penang Road, you will have to turn into Clemenceau Ave, loop around the Haw Par glass tower on your left and into Penang Lane and Haw Par Centre is then on your left. There is underground parking there.

Easy access , good location.
But, no proper security. Anyone can go up, so you need to have good security at your own unit(office)
