Although remote, I love this place. I recall visiting a place nearby to pick up a 32-bit mini PC from warehouse. This place has an outlet of BTWC, Big Time Watch Company. It has awesome collections of Orient and Orient Star watches as well as a small display of Feynman watch. Not sure what other shops are there though

From the historically this area is more famous with car dealing. In mater fact that a lot of the ground floor units had been taken up as vehicles showroom, thus further give some strange sentiment when you found other non vehicles business entities on the 2nd floor and above. The instruction can be more clear at the side lift lobby to help 1st timer visit to the building

It's a light industrial building that allows drive up access to the units, which is convenient if you're going to collect bulky items. It has a mixed bag of tenants from car workshops, bike shop, art gallery & other small businesses located here. It's a quick walk from Commonwealth MRT.

This is a well located B1 space at Commonwealth. Short walk (~5 mins) to commonwealth MRT station. For building itself, Level is suitable for showroom, 2 to 4 for business who needs car access to office (suitable for businesses with lots of loading/unloading) and level 6 to 9, presentable B1 space which looks like office space (suitable for IT firm, startups etc.).
