After whole mall was closed for a few days
Majority are enrichment classes / centres
With good food choices and Cafe on the ground floor

Not sure what the attraction is. The design is not a very good use of space, building seems old and rundown, there's basically no parking nearby and there's perpetual noisy construction on every side...

has a couple of places to eat on the ground floor. many good tuition schools in the building. also relatively clean. the building has direct access to the popular next door.

I like here cos there are duck rice stall, drinks, and meet and dim sum. Some stalls selling fruits, cakes and dresses and household items are all surrounding the food centre. One stop and get many done.
