This is one of the places to visit for IT spare parts, in fact many other items like batteries, motors, computer fans, hard drive, wires, circular wire insulation stripes which can be sealed with hair dryer heat and many other products or gadgets, thanks...be prepared to spent some time.

I visited this for BLS. Neatly maintained n many hardware shops located at this tower. So possible to keep this place in mind if u have phone related repair work or want to buy business stamps. Music related stuff n much more.

Old mall specialising in niche merchandises, such as speaker systems & lightings. No major eateries or branded shops here. However, I have to say, that the newly renovated toilets are really clean and well maintained, aircon is also pretty strong. Feels really comfortable to be here on a hot day.
