Best neighbourhood mall goes to Tampines Mall!! It has all our needs and is a very fun place to hang out and catch up with buddies at the GV theatre and desserts at that one bingsu place located on the second level of Tampines Mall! Would be the only mall I would go to if I had to choose one!

Excellent location with lots of different varieties of shops and eateries. There is a central atrium with various bazaars from time to time. A cinema is at the top floor with a giant food court with pretty nice food and lots of seats. Basement there is a NTUC fair price and lots of restaurants. Outside of the mall the decor is great and there are restaurants too.

Can find national brands that you wanted here without going orchid.
Can walk around from Tempiness centric to Tempiness 1 where MRT station.
There is shuttle to IKEA at the Tempiness MRT.
Kids enjoyed Pokemon gaole game and Toy R us.
There are Korean restaurants as well.
Only cash, 'pay now' and Nets are able to be paid at yang xiao xien mango ice. It was frustrating since credit visa wasn't working for payment.
Bought some nonya kueh- looks like dduk in korea but it is more like sweet.
