Stayed here for 2 years and really love the location. The size and layout is spacious for a 2 bedded compared to newer developments. Good facing and privacy. Never lack of natural light. The ventilation for entire unit is awesome. The enclosed kitchen comes with a window and even a door to access aircon ledge area, which is very rare.

Close to mrt & bus stop just outside the door. Excellent maintenance though top 10 years still looks good condition.
Pool is a highlight Lovely place to live in.
