Good location but poorly maintained for a condo that’s only 10 years old

Nice place

Visited a client at this condo which faces the mrt station. Conveniently located and walking distance of 5 mins to Redhill mrt. The design of the unit has a sliding partition which you cannot see the bedroom. Living hall is very spacious. However the kitchen layout is small and not ideal. Not sure if it is a standard layout in all units or not or it has been renovated. It is a 3 bedroom unit and the baby room is very small. Didnt see the other 2 bedrooms. Laundry area is also small.

Cozy

Amazingly serene condominium with ample and well maintained surroundings. Security is tight and the place is a great habitat.
