Location is solid, but price wise a bit steep for the size. View is good, and facilities quite decent. Just feel like not much community vibe yet, maybe too new.

Wah, the heritage blocks really got character. I stayed in the modern tower, but the blend of old and new makes it special. Facilities are clean and security uncles all very nice.

The condo has lots of amenities, but the large number of residents sometimes makes the common areas crowded. Noise from construction nearby can be a bit distracting at times.

Good place for couples or small families. Layout efficient and got decent privacy. MRT a bit far if walking with young kids, but we usually just take bus to Outram Park.

My unit face the city, and every evening the sunset view really damn nice. The smart home features quite handy. So far neighbours all friendly, no complaints.

Honestly I moved in because of the location. But the finishing inside the unit could be better lor. Had to touch up some things after handover.

The sea view from the high floors really tok kong. Location quite central but still peaceful. Only thing is, walk to MRT not sheltered all the way, quite sian when raining.

Avenue South Residence is a great place to live. I have toured many places and this one stands out!
Very relaxing place, love the facilities especially infinity pool, 2 karaoke rooms and 8 function rooms to host party.
ASR is very close to the city and centrally located. Love the unblocked wonderful day and night views. This is literally one of the best condo to stay in Singapore.
