Boulevard 88 spans two residential towers, connected by Sky Boulevard that creates a dramatic tall ‘urban window’ and an outstanding skyline silhouette visible from the city’s surround. The architectural character of the development is defined by multiple skybridges, lush courtyard gardens, and luxurious communal areas. Boulevard 88 will boast an eye-catching facade, its design helmed by world-renowned architect Moshe Safdie, leading his eponymous design studio, Safdie Architects.

Most established as a revolutionary, recognised architect, Moshe Safdie is also an urban planner, educator, theorist, and author. His celebrated 50-year career has culminated in several awards, honorary degrees and civil honours, including the Companion of the Order of Canada, the Gold Medal from both the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and the American Institute of Architects, and the National Design Award for Lifetime Achievement by the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian.
