Condominium with full Condo fasciitis including Swimming pools Gym spa pools sports facilities children's playground meeting rooms and BBQ area with breezy greenery away from busy cityscapes. Next to Anderson Junior College , Primary and Presbyterian High. Next to Yio Chu Kang MRT interchange Stadium Ang Mo Kio Hub with plenty of shopping dinning banking libraries cinemas glossaries marketing entertainment and amenities. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.

The blocks look like castles. No wonder it’s called as Castle Green .. big land size that comes with more than enough facilities including swimming pool, gym, 2 squash court, 2 Table Tennis court, minimart is available too.. within 1km to Anderson Pri. Extensive facilities yet quiet. Very suitable for families with kids.. size is very decent and acceptable. The only concern is tenure ..

The people at the office are nice and friendly👍
The swimming pool is large and spacious, which is great.
Best for healing in the evening while at the spa.
The house is just old.
There is space to play golf and sports
The space is well organized

Tranquil estate near to Green Zones - Pierce Reservoir, Seletar Reservoir, upcoming Lentor Park.
A short drive or short bus ride to North Point City, AMK Hub, Greenwich Village, Thomson Plaza, etc.
Easy to access to major routes - SLE, CTE and Lornie Road.
By 2020, a 5-min walk to either YCK MRT Station and Lentor MRT Station.
Great for families with young kids.
Active days filled with children's laughter and bubbly chatters and quiet nights for reflection and reading.
2 tennis courts, 1 basketball court, 2 squash courts, 1 badminton court, 1 big pool and plenty of space to run about.

this condo is near many top schools like anderson secondary and primary. has bus stop to access Anderson junior college as well as an mrt station close by. nothing to eat or do nearby though. highly accessible. pool has slides and is really big which is expected from such a large condominium. recommended to stay if you got kids that are going to school.
