Visited a resident riding my motorcycle. Told by the guard to leave because condo committee doesn't allow motorcycles to park. Told to find parking elsewhere and walk in.
Wonder what other ridiculous rules this committee has set.

Private condo developed by Far East property Developmt Abt ten years ago.Small project just across the road is Ang Mo kio mrt N S Line.Very convient place to live in w Amk Hub n mall just at the corner.Around a mature estate with a lots of facilities like schools eateries malls churches temples library clinics n parks n good transport to many places in Spore

One of the condominium that locates right beside Ang Mo Kio Mrt, have a beautiful swimming pool and an average gym. You can also organize party activities where they provide BBQ pits and rooms
