A good condominium to live in, complete amenities such as a 50m swimming pool, children pools and playground, hot and cold jacuzzi, each two badminton and tennis courts. Well maintained, clean, quiet, near eateries, markets, mall, shengshiong, fairprice.

Location for moving around is great.
The condo is just a glorified HDB flat with facilities nothing more.

have stayed here for around 3 years. best location (proximity to MRT, Little India and Lavender), unblocked views, and nice swimming pool. security staff and management is very friendly.
