Rented for a year, lifts and access system was upgraded. Never had a problem. So lucky my unit still has a magnificent sea view from the balcony. I love the convenience of having shops and restaurant below the condo and the proximity to my office.

Our friends and I enjoyed our stay at Lumiere very much. The hotel room looks like its newly renovated. The whole place is clean and the bed is so comfy. Everything in the hotel is well maintained and the staffs are all really friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Phnom Penh.

we enjoyed our stay here. the condo unit that we have rentes is very beautiful and elegant. there are free kitchen equipments like microwave, electronic water heater, free shampoo and soap, free utensils to be used by the guests. there are also free towel and excellent beds and there is a fast wifi. thank you and God bless
