This heartfelt compliment goes to Mr Palani, the concierge who never fails to go above and beyond his duties to help others in need. After suffering a fall, I am currently on crutches. Mr Palani who has a good presence of mind and is always vigilant about the details never fails to assist me with the door and even offers his kind assistance to my designated unit without being asked. Such wonderful service is rare these days. Mr Palani is a valued asset to the organisation and displays empathy like none others. Please send him my warmest regards and gratitude.

The staff are friendly, the view from the house is beautiful, and the Marina Bay Sands Hotel is visible from the swimming pool, making it romantic when swimming.

I have been here for 5 months and I’m so amazed by the facility and the location! Staff are very friendly and the residence is very clean 👏🏻

Great place to be and have an apartment. Has a great view of the bay. Amazing places around as well. Easy access to the MRT at down in the downtown mall

One of the best condos in Singapore for sure. Unblocked view of Marina Bay and is very accessible. Only downside is that there is no tennis court, but that is understandable considering it’s in the middle of the CBD.
