Area quite quiet which I like, but sometimes feel a bit too dead at night. So far, good place to stay for family with car.

The jogging tracks and garden spaces provide a calm atmosphere. Close to schools and malls too.

We moved in recently. The house itself very comfortable and cooling even without aircon. Kids enjoy the playground a lot.

It’s an EC so expectations not super high, but honestly it looks like a private condo. Gym is clean, pool is big enough, and security is responsive. A bit out of the way, but still worth it.

Unit size is okay, not too cramped. But MRT quite far, so better if you got car. If not, everyday wait bus a bit sian. Got a few eateries nearby but not much variety yet.

The condo is spacious and clean with well-kept gardens. MRT access is convenient, but parking spots are limited during busy hours.

Love the peaceful vibes here. Not noisy, not crowded. Weekends can go SAFRA or just cycle along the park connector nearby. Good for small families like ours.

View is nice, got greenery all around. But the bus stop is quite a walk away. Facilities still not fully ready when we moved in, so a bit disappointing.

Honestly not bad leh. Layout is quite efficient and the whole place still feel very new. But Yishun a bit far if you working in town.
