1 year agoI used to rent a flat there. Living experience was quite pleasant. Housing agent was professional and nice. But since my tenancy agreement ended, it took 14 days to get my deposit back. I messaged housing agent many times to urge landlord for deposit refund. But the landlord didn't make the refund until the noon of the last day... This experience sucks. Be careful about that.!
