Quiet condo at the edge of Kovan. A little far from the public transport hubs/malls. But a nice oasis to rest and recharge with its full facilities - swimming pool, tennis court, bbq pit, gym, etc. it is also conveniently located next to the park connector which brings you all the way up to punggol park.
