Old and have some wierd smell but if u keep it nice-smelling it would be great all facilities are amazing along with securities

i rlly loved this place cuz got badminton n basketball court. pool was nice but very cold. overall rlly rlly nice :)

There is an indoor court and outdoor swimming pool at the back door and it is very convenient to go to the subway station. I lived there for a year in 2012 and it was very good at that time. There were many Japanese tenants in the community at that time.

Sorry this is not a review but a question about this condo. I read about the lift situation but recently I visited and saw that the lifts have been changed. I would like to check if there is an improvement in the lift situation. I did have to wait quite long for the visitor lift but not sure abt the residents’ lift. Appreciate if anybody staying there now (esp block 10) can enlighten. Thanks
