Regent Grove is like walking into a holiday resort. It is well managed. It is just opposite Yew Tee Mrt. Food galore. 2 ntucs, several food courts. 1 wet market. So near to the turf club. 1stop to Kranji Mrt then just change to a bus and you r on your way to Johore Bahru. Eat and shop.

Older condo so you cannot expect everything to be in a perfect condition, but the sunbeds are really old and dirty 😕 good place for families with small children tho
