    Subsidised EC for those want condo feel. Located in matured tampines. Amenities all ready to use. If you work eat like changi very gd for you. For easterners, . If work west or central, happy travelling. Many will buying to hopefully huat after MOP after all the subsidy. After MOP, faces change in tenet. So yr research. Don't listen to agents only. Tenet EC is a 99 years leasehold New Launch executive condo (EC) located at Tampines Street 62 in District 18. Tenet EC was previously known as Tampines Street 62 (Parcel A) in the government land sales (GLS) programme. Set to TOP in 2026, the development will have 618 units spread across 11 blocks of 15 storeys each. Tenet EC is the only EC to launch in the east in 2022 and is one of two new Tampines ECs.

The top bid for the site was S$422 million (or nearly S$659 psf ppr) and it was awarded to the developer, TQS Development Pte Ltd, a consortium comprising Qingjian Realty, Santarli Realty and Heeton Holdings.

Tenet EC's blocks are in a linear arrangement. There are two long rows of blocks to maximise units having views of the pool and landscape. All blocks are northeast/southwest facing.

The Cross-Island Line connects residents to the North-East Line via Hougang MRT station (NE14/CR8) and East-West Line via Pasir Ris MRT station (EW1/CR5/CP1). It was also announced in September 2022 that the Cross-Island Line Phase 2 would extend all the way to the west, cutting through King Albert Park, Maju, Clementi and the Jurong Lake District.

Tenet EC is located close to the Paya Lebar Airbase which will be transformed to a liveable and sustainable new town in the 2030s. The future town will be five times of Toa Payoh, with an expected 155,000 new homes. There will also be a commercial hub and the possibility of thousands of jobs.
