Tenet EC is a 99 years leasehold New Launch executive condo (EC) located at Tampines Street 62 in District 18. Tenet EC was previously known as Tampines Street 62 (Parcel A) in the government land sales (GLS) programme. Set to TOP in 2026, the development will have 618 units spread across 11 blocks of 15 storeys each. Tenet EC is the only EC to launch in the east in 2022 and is one of two new Tampines ECs.

The top bid for the site was S$422 million (or nearly S$659 psf ppr) and it was awarded to the developer, TQS Development Pte Ltd, a consortium comprising Qingjian Realty, Santarli Realty and Heeton Holdings.

Tenet EC's 3-bedroom units are suitable for families of three or four people while the 4 and 5-bedroom units can accommodate multi-generational families.

The majority of Tenet EC's unit types have a study corner while the kitchen in all units are naturally ventilated with dedicated yard space. All units also come with a household shelter for extra storage space while all master bedrooms can accommodate a king-sized bed.

The kitchen appliances are by the high-end brand, Bosch while sanitary wares are by Hansgrohe, Roca and Franke.

One highlight of Tenet EC's unit layouts is that they are adaptable based on the needs and preferences of residents and can be reconfigured through the hacking of some bedroom walls.

Tenet EC's blocks are in a linear arrangement. There are two long rows of blocks to maximise units having views of the pool and landscape. All blocks are northeast/southwest facing.

The facilities are divided into different zones, from vibrant family activity zones to sports and recreational zones, quiet/wellness zones, and more.

There are various facilities for gatherings with friends and family such as the Clubhouse in the Sky which comprises a K-studio, entertainment room, piano room, music room and a male/female steam room.

Public transport near Tenet EC and connectivity

Future residents of Tenet EC will enjoy easy access to the Tampines North MRT station on the Cross Island Line (CRL) and Tampines North Hub, an integrated transport hub with retail/commercial outlets and a bus interchange. The MRT station will be within a 5-minute walk from Tenet EC.

The Cross-Island Line connects residents to the North-East Line via Hougang MRT station (NE14/CR8) and East-West Line via Pasir Ris MRT station (EW1/CR5/CP1). It was also announced in September 2022 that the Cross-Island Line Phase 2 would extend all the way to the west, cutting through King Albert Park, Maju, Clementi and the Jurong Lake District.

Furthermore, residents can expect diverse bus services to all parts of Singapore upon the completion of the Integrated Transport Hub.  

Schools near Tenet EC

For families with kids, Tenet is within close proximity to Angsana Primary, Tampines North Primary School, Poi Ching School and Gongshang Primary School. Other schools nearby include Dunman Secondary School, Ngee Ann Secondary School, St. Hilda's Secondary, United World College and Temasek Polytechnic.

Besides Angsana Primary School, there are three more schools planned near Tenet EC, according to the URA Masterplan.

Amenities and shopping malls near Tenet EC

For daily amenities and shopping, Tenet is situated close to Our Tampines Hub, Tampines Mall, Century Square, Tampines One, Downtown East, White Sands and the upcoming Pasir Ris Mall. Residents can engage in recreational and retail activities in the malls mentioned, or even shop for home furnishings and groceries at Ikea, Courts and Giant which are a short 5-minute drive away.   

Nature parks near Tenet EC

Nature lovers can also enjoy soaking themselves in flora and fauna at Tampines Eco Green Park, which is an eco-friendly park that offers a place for nature recreation. With many natural habitats such as open grasslands, freshwater wetlands and a secondary rainforest, the park is a haven for biodiversity and a wonderful place for residents of Tenet EC to enjoy the best of nature. Residents that are health conscious can also hike along the hiking trails there while admiring the array of flora and fauna, or cycle out of Tampines Eco Green Park to Tampines Biking Trail and Sun Plaza Park. 

Nearer to home, residents can take short strolls at the future Tampines North Boulevard Park, a 7.5ha linear park.

URA Masterplan near Tenet EC

Tenet EC is located close to the Paya Lebar Airbase which will be transformed to a liveable and sustainable new town in the 2030s. The future town will be five times of Toa Payoh, with an expected 155,000 new homes. There will also be a commercial hub and the possibility of thousands of jobs.

Aviation buildings will be repurposed for community use and the town will be full of biodiversity with parks and green spaces all around. The transformed Paya Lebar Airbase will also improve connectivity across neighbouring towns.
