Tenet EC is a 99 years leasehold New Launch executive condo (EC) located at Tampines Street 62 in District 18. Tenet EC was previously known as Tampines Street 62 (Parcel A) in the government land sales (GLS) programme. Set to TOP in 2026, the development will have 618 units spread across 11 blocks of 15 storeys each. Tenet EC is the only EC to launch in the east in 2022 and is one of two new Tampines ECs.
The top bid for the site was S$422 million (or nearly S$659 psf ppr) and it was awarded to the developer, TQS Development Pte Ltd, a consortium comprising Qingjian Realty, Santarli Realty and Heeton Holdings.
