Have been here since TOP, and I have to say the development has met all my expectations to date. Quiet, peaceful and serene. Majority of residents are warm, kind and courteous. Management council was and has been representing residents views fairly, and has done a great job settling all our regular issues, plaguing a community. Kudos!

Very peaceful staying here in Miltonia. Huge carpark allowing you to easily find lots. Ratio is more than 1 to 1 unit.
Another big plus are the size of rooms. Many new condos can scarcely fit in a queen bed but those in Miltonia can easily accommodate a king size bed.
Agree that MRT Station is far away. However However you buy a unit here, you are already fully aware of this issue already. It is quiet and most units will not face any traffic noises at all. If you have more than 1 car, u can request for another lot. Also the location makes driving to town as easy as yishun offers by transversing through seletar west link connection.
Grounds are well manicured and swimming pool while not exciting, is well sized and long enough for proper lap swimming.
Prices here is also very decent when you compare to others and even places in Sembawang.
