Quite satisfied. Tampines is convenient, and for the price we paid, this is one of the better options. Just avoid the crowded lift hours can already lah.

Good balance between location and facilities. Public transport options are plentiful, which is great for commuting. The pools and fitness areas are well maintained, though weekends can get busy. It’s not perfect, but overall a comfortable place to call home.

I really enjoy the spacious layout of my unit and the thoughtful design of the condo grounds. There are plenty of green spaces for kids to play safely. It’s close to several schools and malls, which makes daily errands easy. The community here feels welcoming and the gym facilities are excellent. Would definitely recommend to families.

I didn’t expect to like staying in such a big development, but honestly it works. Everything well maintained, cleaners always around. And surprisingly quite quiet at night despite so many units.

Got greenery everywhere. Layout of my unit also not bad, got airflow. Just wish the lift waiting time not so long during peak hours.

It's okay lah. So many units until the facilities always crowded. Pool time must plan properly or you end up swimming next to ten families. But location quite central for east side.

The MRT not super close, but we walk or cycle to Simei or Tampines East. Not a big deal for us. Our kids enjoy the playgrounds downstairs, and got so many BBQ pits to book.

Value for money, especially for families. Got everything here lah. Gym, pool, study room, even vending machines. Neighbours mostly young couples and small families, quite friendly vibe.

So many blocks until I blur the first few weeks. Good if you want lots of facilities, but personally I prefer smaller condos. The price was attractive, so still okay for now.

Wah, the number of pools here really a lot, still haven’t tried all yet. Tampines Mall, Century Square, all nearby. But hor, during weekends, the whole place can get quite noisy.
