During my stay, the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff was attentive, thorough, and ensured every detail was perfect. They were also very polite and friendly, making the stay even more comfortable. I truly appreciated their dedication and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Good service; you can contact the service center 24 hours a day; the housekeeper cleans well; there is a swimming pool and a gym. Downstairs there is a Fair Price mall where you can buy a variety of things. It is located at the bus station, convenient for traveling.

The nearby amenities, such as the FairPrice, kopitiam, and various fast food chains, added to the convenience, while the proximity to the bus stop made it even more accessible. Village Residence Hougang was exceptional for my business requirements. All staff were extremely helpful, from office staff, security and particularly the housekeeping staff Nirani and Uma that took fantastic care of our apartment over our extended 6+ week stay.|The apartments are spacious compared to standard motel rooms with kitchens including stovetop and microwave along with washer and dryer. |The facilities including gym and pool were great, along with easy access to Hougang 1 mall with supermarket, food court and a short walk to hawker centres and additional eating options.

My family had a wonderful experiance at the Village Residence Hougang. I love everything about this residence, from the room type, housekeeping, customer services, swimming pool and other facilities that provided throughout our stayed. The housekeeping team especially our housekeeper Uma and Nirani are very nice and helpful. They always taking a very good care for our room and fast response to everything we need to make our stay comfortable. I am surely would recommend this place to others.

Well located in the heartlands of Singapore with great amenities a stone’s throw away, including supermarket, medical facilities (GP clinic, dentist, 2 pharmacies), food court, KFC, McDonalds, several restaurants. Multiple bus stops that are well-connected to a number of MRT stations for ease of access. |The rooms are reasonable sized and the very clean. The hospitality team (in particular Raya and Uma, led by Nirani) ensured the rooms were always spot less and were always quick to provide extra towels or additional amenities as needed!|The pool was well used by our family. |We would stay again in the future.

A beautiful large residential complex for long stays

Friendly staff and great location.. the staff very attentive and the room is clean.. nice to have this when exploring whole day and back to a lovely room to have a great rest.. enjoy the stay even it just a short trip.. it’s like a home for us.. keep it up

Stayed at Village Residence Hougang recently, and despite an unexpected air conditioning issue, the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged an alternative room and even surprised us with a lovely fruit basket and wine. Exceptional service and thoughtful gestures like this make all the difference.
