I really like living in Village Residence because the location is very strategic, very close to the shopping mall and local market, the cleanliness is also very good and the service from the staff is also very good. I plan to bring my family for a vacation in Singapore and will definitely stay at Village Residence.

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional housekeeping service during my recent stay in the hotel apartment. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job cleaning our apartment and went the extra mile by cleaning the refrigerator, which saved us valuable time and energy. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work, making our stay much more enjoyable. Thank you to her and the entire housekeeping team for your hard work and dedication; we truly appreciate your service！

I would like to mention few things after I stayed 3 months at village residence west coast road.||The front office, House Keeping (Maha Devi), and the maintenance teams are co operated very well during the stay. ||One Sunday, I kept my passports inside the safe locker and locked it. While try to open it the next day it won’t work because of battery issue. Initially I thought during week ends there won’t be any response. I just called Maha Devi(house keeping assistant) about this issue. She discussed with her supervisor Betty and both of them taken immediate action to solve the issue within one hour of reporting time even during holidays. Thankfully I can make it to the task that I need to complete with my passport.||The maintenance team they supported very much when I have issues with the Door. ||Overall experience was very nice.

My husband and I stayed at Village Residence West Coast for almost a year, and the dedicated staff did an excellent job in making us feel at home. We enjoyed every minute of our always-clean and comfortable, conveniently-located residence, which included gatherings with other residents and the staff on special occasions. We wish Nancy, Sharifah, and their ever-solicitous team continued success in making Village Residence a wonderful home-away-from-home for all who are fortunate to stay there.

The kitchenware and furniture are complete. If the microwave breaks, it is replaced in time. The service attitude is also excellent. , the apartment also often holds team-building activities, with all kinds of food and various customs, giving me a different experience. I really like it. It is a good place to live. The surrounding environment of the apartment is also great. It is full of harmonious, friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The color scheme of the room is simple and comfortable, and the rent for water, electricity and electricity is all included, and the air conditioner can be used 24 hours a day. It is really great to have air conditioners available 24 hours a day in Singapore.
