The lift lobby and activity room has an unpleasant smell. Layout of rooms could be better. Pool area is nice

Honestly, a really nice condo, including a kid pool (including a slide), a deep pool (1.8m), 2 normal pools, and a jacuzzi. The community is really nice, and you're surrounded by nature. Walking distance to (soon to be completed) Tanjong Rhu MRT station and Stadium (Singapore Sports Hub) shopping mall.

Beautiful condo located very near to the Kallang river, Singapore Sports Hub and Singapore Indoor Stadium. Quiet and resort style private enclave located next to Tanjong Rhu MRT station. Near lots of good food, Kallang Wave Mall and city centre.

I am living here for last 1 year, this condo is extremely beautiful and well-maintained and has serene views. With the opening of Tanjong Rhu MRT, the transportation and travelling to and from this place has become even more convenient.
