The housing estate here has one unique advantage over the trest of marine parade precinct, namely unblock sea view, and also the blocks are very near to ntuc fairprice.

Boring plc., It looks like most of the HDB flats, overcrowding - due more foreigners & price for everything here has increased! MP here r sleeping, not helping to curb inflation? The CCs here r sleeping, not attending to needs of retirees hence left wandering
around! How can they afford the coffee shops there!
